Thank you for playing JUST SO BOUNCE (the "Game"), developed by WHITE PANDA STUDIO (the "Developer", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Game collects, uses, and protects information when you play it on Android devices. By installing or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Game does not require you to register an account and does not collect personally identifiable information directly. The following table summarizes data handling:

3. Permissions

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The Game is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13 as a target audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us via the email below; we will delete such information within 7 business days.

5. Data Storage and Security

The Developer itself does not collect or store any player data. In-game data such as high scores is saved locally on your device only.

Advertising-related data is processed and stored by Google AdMob on its servers. The Developer can only view aggregated, anonymized reports (such as impression count, click rate, revenue) in the AdMob console and cannot access any individually identifiable user data.

Uninstalling the Game will remove all local data stored on your device.

6. Your Rights

Because the Developer does not collect or store your personal information, we cannot fulfill data access or deletion requests directed at us. To manage advertising data collected by Google AdMob, you may:

6.1 GDPR / CCPA Compliance

The Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display a consent dialog on first launch in regions where GDPR applies (EU, UK, Switzerland). Users may freely choose whether to accept personalized advertising. Even if a user declines, non-personalized ads (not based on personal profiles) will still be shown, and the Game remains fully playable.

California residents subject to CCPA may contact us at the email below to exercise the right to "opt out of the sale of personal information".

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or an update on the Google Play store page. The latest version is always published on this page.
